Morning. Begin your journey by heading to Kedarnath, one of the holiest pilgrimage sites for Hindus. The town is located at an altitude of 3,583 meters and is home to the Kedarnath Temple, which is dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple can be reached by a 14 km trek from Gaurikund or by helicopter from Phata.
Afternoon. After visiting the temple and taking in the stunning views of the Himalayas, head to Chopta, a small town located at an altitude of 2,680 meters. The town is known as the "Mini Switzerland" of India due to its picturesque views. Take a hike to Tungnath, the highest Shiva temple in the world, and continue to Chandrashila Peak for a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains.
