Morning. Start your day with a visit to the Sri Arunachaleswarar Temple, one of the largest and oldest temples in South India, dedicated to Lord Shiva. Afternoon. After lunch, explore the Arunachala Hill, a spiritual site considered to be a manifestation of Lord Shiva. Take a trek to the top of the hill for stunning views of the surrounding landscape and to visit the Virupaksha Cave, where the great sage Ramana Maharshi lived for many years.
